The Aldar Headquarters building is the first circular building of its kind in the Middle East, located in Al Raha, Abu Dhabi. Standing 121m tall the original concept dates back to 2005 following the construction boom of Abu Dhabi. Inspired by the clam shell that has a deep meaning for Abu Dhabi with its maritime heritage and the symbolism of the geometric round shape, a building that changed and expanded the Abu Dhabi skyline forever.

Set in the most northern part of the Emirate and a focal beacon on the coast of Ras Al Khaimah is the Waldorf Astoria. The structure was designed as a lantern embracing layers of contrast to allow the architectural details and forms to be realised at night.

Fairmont Ajman is a five star beachfront hotel beautifully situated in Ajman, the Sincerely Emirati emirate. Designed to evoke tranquillity and serenity while maintaining the destination’s opulent Arabian heritage and rich culture. Our architectural partners Godwin Austin Johnson undertook a major redesign of the property.
Shebara on Sheybara Island, is part of The Red Sea project in Saudi Arabia. With our architectural partners, Killa Design we had the privledge of working on this complex and beautiful project. The resort has its own water desalination and treatment plant and is powered by 100% renewable energy from a solar farm. Located 25km off the coast, the island is home to mangroves, turtle nesting grounds and coral reefs that are all benefitting from developer Red Sea Global’s regenerative tourism mission, which aims to have net nature positive impact of 30% by 2040. Shebara’s stainless steel villas reflect the sea and sky and seem to float above the water.
Located along the historic incense trade route against the backdrop of desert plains and the Hijaz Mountains, Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea resort pays homage to Nabataean architectural heritage and majestic desert surroundings and setting new standards in sustainability and desert hospitality.
Atlantis The Royal is a contemporary hotel in Dubai featuring two connected buildings designed by IBI Group and KPF Architects. The structure includes sky-courts that serve as landscaped terraces, some with private infinity pools. Key artistic features include the dramatic Firefalls water-and-flame entrance display, a 40-foot Droplets installation in the lobby representing desert rain, and a striking 21-foot jellyfish tank with 2,000 creatures in Heston Blumenthal’s Resonance restaurant. Additional aquariums with video backdrops enhance the entrance area.
